Built around the realities of Canadian real estate operations.
ListingHQ started as the platform behind alexandermackenzie.ca, the practice of founder Alex Mackenzie, a North Shore, Greater Vancouver practice that needed complete listing pages search engines could evaluate, and leads that didn't sit in a form-builder inbox no one checked.
The platform was shaped by practical problems from an active real estate practice: presenting approved listing data on complete pages, keeping inquiries in a usable workspace, and connecting external systems without losing the original lead.
Fixing the website surfaced the next problem: publishing and follow-up still need an operating system. ListingHQ therefore added a reviewed content queue, a scored pipeline, and optional nurture workflows. Those automations stay off until the needed consent, sender identity, and data permissions are confirmed.
ListingHQ is that platform, configured for Canadian agents, teams, markets, and board requirements. Product decisions stay grounded in active listing, publishing, compliance, and lead-handling workflows rather than generic website conventions.
Operational standards, applied consistently.
If a page can't be crawled
The same server-rendering, canonical, sitemap, and page-quality checks apply to the reference practice and managed client sites. Search engines still control indexing and ranking.
If an inquiry needs follow-up
It remains in the tenant-scoped lead workspace with its score, status, and next action, whether or not an external CRM route is part of the setup.
A consistent audit method
Uses the same documented checks for the reference practice and each prospect, with findings reviewed before they become recommendations.
