From 3 Google clicks a month to more than 11,500 a quarter

The reference practice ListingHQ was built on. Once every approved listing had its own complete, server-rendered page and a working sitemap, Google search traffic increased.

Google Search Console, web search, full calendar months.

The starting point

In April and May 2026 Google showed the site a few hundred times a month and sent it three clicks a month. The most-searched thing a realtor has, the homes themselves, had no pages of their own for Google to rank.

What changed

On June 8, 2026 the property directory went live: every approved listing from the CREA DDF® feed rendered on the server as its own page, with a descriptive title, price, beds and baths, structured data, and a link to the area it sits in. Two days later the sitemaps were restructured so Google would accept every URL in them.

Through June the work was reliability and relevance: caching so listing pages and sitemaps stop failing under load, comparable solds on listing pages, area and property-type pages built from the same feed, and noindex on listing pages too thin to deserve a ranking.

What happened

June brought 3,783 Google clicks. July brought 4,160. Over the 90 days from June 21 to September 20 the site earned 11,921 clicks from 362,987 impressions, and more than 8,800 separate pages earned at least one click.

91% of those clicks landed on listing pages. Those pages cover specific addresses and homes in specific areas. Search Console measures search visibility and clicks; these figures do not establish qualified leads or completed sales.

What we're working on now

The next step is measuring which visits become qualified conversations, alongside work on clearer listing-page inquiries and showing requests. Response times and conversion improvements have not been measured in this case study. We'll publish those results with their sources and date windows when they are available.
