How much does ListingHQ cost?

The Growth plan is $299 CAD per month, or $2,990 CAD per year if paid annually (which includes two months free). There are no setup fees. Any board-mandated data fees, domain registration costs, or requested bespoke customizations are quoted in writing before you commit.

Is there a long-term contract? What happens if I leave?

No long-term contracts. Billing is month-to-month with no early termination penalties. If you cancel, your service runs through the end of the billing period. You retain 100% ownership of your domain, brand, and client data. We provide an export of all content and collected inquiries for 60 days post-cancellation.

Do you take any percentage of my commissions?

Never. ListingHQ does not collect referral fees, transaction splits, or commissions. It is a predictable software subscription designed to keep your operational expenses fixed.

Can the monthly fee differ depending on my real estate board?

The ListingHQ platform price is strictly fixed at $299 CAD/month. While rare, if your specific real estate board or data provider charges a third-party access fee to license the listing feed, that pass-through charge is disclosed and approved by you beforehand.

What is included in the monthly subscription?

Everything needed to operate your digital presence: managed server hosting, automatic SSL certificates, uptime monitoring, CREA DDF or approved board feed synchronization, indexable listing pages, local community guides, private lead inbox, supported CRM integrations, and responsive client support.
