How much does ListingHQ cost?

The Growth plan is $299 CAD per month, or $2,990 CAD per year. There is no setup fee and no contract: it is month to month and you can cancel any time. Any external board/vendor charge or custom work is confirmed before you commit.

Do I need to already have DDF access?

No. If your board offers DDF and you don't have access yet, we help you identify the application path. If your board publishes a different feed, we confirm whether that route can be supported before launch.

Do you take a cut of my commissions?

No. It's the flat Growth plan, with no setup fee, and never a percentage of what you close.

Who owns the leads and the data?

You do. ListingHQ keeps a tenant-scoped copy in your private dashboard for delivery, audit, and export, and can route the same inquiry into your connected kvCORE/BoldTrail, Follow Up Boss, or Real Geeks account.

Does this help with seller leads, or just buyers?

Both. The managed Growth setup includes seller valuation/CMA capture as well as buyer and showing inquiries. Each submission is stored in the private dashboard and routed to the connected CRM when that integration is configured.

How is this different from a template website builder?

Some widget-only implementations load listing content after the page shell, or expose no stable URL for an individual listing. ListingHQ serves approved active-listing pages as complete server-rendered HTML with a stable URL. Indexing and ranking remain search-engine decisions, not a guarantee.

How long does setup take?

The target is a managed launch within weeks after approved assets, domain access, agreement, and listing-feed permissions are in hand. Board or DDF approval can extend that timeline, so the written launch date is confirmed only after the readiness review.

What happens if I switch brokerages or boards?

We reconnect the new feed. Your site and its indexed pages don't need to be rebuilt from scratch.

What if my CRM isn't on that list?

kvCORE/BoldTrail, Follow Up Boss, and Real Geeks are the supported providers today. If you use something else, tell us before signing; the request can inform the roadmap, but an unbuilt integration is not included unless it is written into the scope.
