Structured data (schema.org)

Structured data is code on a page, usually in the schema.org vocabulary, that tells search engines and AI systems exactly what the page describes.

For an agent, the useful types include RealEstateAgent for you, RealEstateListing for a listing, Place for a neighbourhood, FAQPage for questions and answers, and BreadcrumbList for where the page sits on the site.

Why it matters to an agent

It removes guesswork. Search engines and answer engines are more likely to show and quote information they can read unambiguously.
