Core Web Vitals

Core Web Vitals are Google's three measures of page experience: loading (LCP), responsiveness (INP) and visual stability (CLS).

Google's "good" thresholds are a Largest Contentful Paint within 2.5 seconds, an Interaction to Next Paint of 200 milliseconds or less, and a Cumulative Layout Shift of 0.1 or less, measured on real visitors' devices.

Photo-heavy listing pages are the usual problem: large images, sliders that load everything at once, and ads or banners that push content down while it loads.

Why it matters to an agent

Slow, jumpy pages lose mobile buyers before they see the listing, and page experience is one of the signals Google uses.
