Server-side rendering

Server-side rendering means a web page's content is built on the server and sent as complete HTML, so search engines can read it on the first request.

Listings loaded by a script after the page opens, or shown inside an iframe from another domain, may be slow for search engines to process or credited to the other domain. A server-rendered listing page carries its address, price and details in the HTML itself.

Why it matters to an agent

It's the difference between your listing pages being yours in Google's eyes or your vendor's.
